Yves started his career at the Luxembourg Stock Exchange, where he worked as an advisor in the bond listing department. After nearly 3 years of service, he relocated to London to take over The Bank of New York's listing agency department which offered listing services in Luxembourg, Ireland and Channel Islands.

Yves has been involved in numerous exchange offers, tender offers and other corporate actions affecting securities in the Euromarkets, including AT&T Corporation, Clear Channel Communications Inc., Focus Retail Group Limited, Sola International Inc., Sears, Roebuck and Co.
