Elizabeth runs the Hong Kong office of Lucid and covers the Asia Pacific region. In 2005, she and her team completed settlement on the landmark Asia Pulp & Paper debt restructuring, the largest and most complex emerging markets restructuring ever undertaken.

Prior to opening Lucid Hong Kong, Elizabeth was in-house counsel to UBS where she worked with the Debt Capital Markets group on new bond issues and restructurings. Elizabeth came to Hong Kong from the New York office of White & Case, where she worked on a number of high-profile bond restructurings, including the PRC default of Guangdong Enterprises Holdings. Earlier in her career, she was with Shearman & Sterling in New York and with Hebb & Gitlin in Hartford, Connecticut.

She has fifteen years experience as a transactional lawyer and practical knowledge of settlement and the clearing systems.
