Lee was a bond analyst at The International Securities Market Association (ISMA) before becoming an account manager at Clearstream Banking in London, primarily involved in new issues.

Before starting at Lucid, Lee worked within the Global Finance Unit of The Bank of New York's Corporate Trust Division. Working with prominent financial and legal advisers, he handled the Bank's operational responsibilities for the restructurings of Netia Holdings, Marconi plc, Swiss Air Group and Jazztel plc, in addition to over 400 bond issues.
